How are collection failures shown?
Failures and access limits retain their status and reason; they are not converted to valid data or zero scores.
Method and interpretation
An HTML ZIP provides a source snapshot; a sitemap provides URLs to discover. Retain origin and collection time when normalizing canonical URLs, titles, text and links. Source readiness findings and externally observed search or AI exposure are different evidence types.
