What do you collect, and how often?
Collection runs twice monthly, on the 15th and actual month-end, for customers whose administrator has started the scheduled loop. SEO counts and AEO/GEO rates are shown separately.
SEO reports official URL exposure counts in search results. AEO is the share of assessable answers mentioning the brand; GEO is the share citing an official source. Their assessable denominators can differ, so inspect both counts. Missing, failed or unchecked observations are not filled with 0%.
An administrator must start collection to activate the twice-monthly schedule, on the 15th and actual month-end. It can be stopped. Registering questions or selecting a plan does not trigger immediate collection. Models, languages and question scope follow the agreed configuration.
