What if I sign in but have no tenant access?

Authentication and tenant membership are separate; ask your contact to check the account-to-tenant mapping.

Method and interpretation

Treat the analyzed website and the authenticated workspace as separate resources. Confirm tenant membership after sign-in, then define the domain, market and language. An authenticated account does not automatically gain access to another company’s reports.
