SSR, JSON-LD, and Multilingual Content: A Delivery Structure for Search and AI
Learn how to connect SSR, structured data, canonical, and hreflang so that search engines and AI can reliably understand pages that are easy for people to read.
Content must be readable from the first response
If key sentences appear only after client-side JavaScript runs, search crawlers, social sharing previews, and assistive technologies may receive the content late or miss it. SSR (Server-Side Rendering) delivers complete HTML from the server, including the title, summary, body, and links. The important point is that people and machines can read the same information in the first response.
SAG’s public pages and technical articles use meaningful HTML structures such as heading hierarchies, paragraphs, lists, tables, and actual links. Keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, and line wrapping on mobile devices are also part of content delivery quality.
Use JSON-LD to explain a page’s purpose
Structured data explicitly describes what a page contains. Article can be used for technical articles, BreadcrumbList for navigation paths, and FAQPage for frequently asked questions. Content that does not appear on the page should not be included only in structured data; it should match what users actually read.
The problems canonical and hreflang solve
When multiple URLs cover the same topic, canonical identifies the preferred URL. On multilingual pages, hreflang describes the corresponding versions in different languages. Rather than forcing a connection to a language whose translation has not yet been reviewed, it is more accurate to provide alternate links only for languages that have actually been published.
SAG keeps language paths separate for Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese, and includes only published articles in its sitemap. Titles and meta descriptions are also stored to suit the context of each language.
The purpose of search technology is clearer communication
SSR or JSON-LD alone does not guarantee rankings. These technologies help deliver a page’s key information without omissions and reduce the chance that search engines and AI will misunderstand how the content relates. Technical optimization is most effective when customers have explanations that are easy to read and evidence they can verify.
