SAG / ANSWER CENTER
Is the target different from the current result?
A target is the desired threshold; current values are period-specific measurements or labelled examples, not automatically copied targets.
Method and interpretation
A Goal sets a benchmark; it does not alter observations. Define a valid positive target for each metric and calculate current ÷ target × 100. For example, a current rate of 35% against a 70% target means 50% attainment, not 35% attainment.
