How is Goal attainment calculated?
Divide the current metric by its Goal target and multiply by 100; 35% against a 70% target means 50% attainment.
Method and interpretation
A Goal sets a benchmark; it does not alter observations. Define a valid positive target for each metric and calculate current ÷ target × 100. For example, a current rate of 35% against a 70% target means 50% attainment, not 35% attainment.
